4-Koma...?
4-Koma is short for Yonkoma Manga, meaning "4 Cell Manga", which is exactly what you will see when you check out the scanlations.
Where can I buy it?
It was published in 2001, so finding one will be tough. Some surface on auction sites, and if you're living in Japan, used copies can be found at
